turns out after loading and running, I was getting an internal error 200, this was a known problem with TP and the CRT.ASM file.
So reloaded the TP7.0 and all was fine again...
Just a heads up for those wanting to use TP7..

TP7.0 and TP7.01
Had to reload TP after my directories got scrambled, and saw TP7.01 on WINORLDPC and decided to use it instead of the TP7.0.
turns out after loading and running, I was getting an internal error 200, this was a known problem with TP and the CRT.ASM file.
So reloaded the TP7.0 and all was fine again...
